The Young Lawyers Division is made up of lawyers practicing across every substantive area within the defense bar. The YLD mission remains the same each year-providing its members the best professional development, quality CLE programs and networking opportunities.

The cornerstones of the Young Lawyers Division are the excellent annual Litigation Basics seminars it sponsors each year. The programming is designed to teach associates and young partners how to refine their legal skills and take their practice to a higher level.

In addition, the Young Lawyers Division sponsors a charity softball tournament every year that benefits the Devereux Foundation, raising over $10,000 annually. The YLD also has their own list serve to promote communication and participation at events for the young lawyers.
